Core workloads run on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure with data hosting in the EU.

#### Encryption in transit and at rest

Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.2+; sensitive data is stored in operational databases using AES-256 encryption.

#### GDPR-oriented processes

Support for data subject rights, incident handling, DPIAs, and supervisory authority requests.

#### Subprocessor governance

Approved subprocessors are documented; changes are communicated transparently, including objection rights.

#### Instruction-based processing

Processing only takes place based on documented controller instructions.

#### Evidence and audits

Compliance evidence can be requested; audits are possible with contractual prior notice.

### Role-based access control

LIVOI uses a role-based permission model (RBAC) so users can access only the functions and data they need for their task. Roles such as Owner, Admin, or Member bundle concrete permissions for resources, actions, and tenant areas.

Permissions are evaluated per tenant and can be limited, depending on the resource, to owned, shared, or tenant-wide data. This keeps administration, knowledge maintenance, support work, and integrations clearly separated.

### Questions & answers

How does LIVOI encrypt data?

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data in operational databases is stored with AES-256 encryption.

Is LIVOI GDPR-compliant?

LIVOI is built for GDPR-aligned processing with a DPA, documented TOMs, support for data subject rights, and defined incident processes.

Where is data processed?

The core platform runs on infrastructure in Germany. If third-party integrations are enabled, additional processing in third countries may occur under defined legal mechanisms.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Neither P-CATION nor connected model providers may use LIVOI data for training or improving AI models.
