The INQA action weeks take place across Germany from September 14 to 27, 2026. If this is the first time you have come across the name, you may well be wondering what they are and why an AI consultancy like ours is taking part. Here is the explanation, and what you can get out of it.

What is INQA?

INQA stands for “Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit”, the New Quality of Work Initiative, and is supported by Germany’s Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The initiative has been around for some time. Its goal is to bring businesses, networks, chambers and other labour market organisations across Germany together around topics related to good work. These include recruitment, training, career guidance and, of course, digitalisation and AI skills.

Once a year, INQA brings these activities together in its action weeks. For two weeks, businesses and organisations across the country offer free events open to the public, all under a shared umbrella and promoted through INQA’s channels. Last year, this brought together around 500 events nationwide, from small information sessions to larger specialist conferences.

Why we are taking part

In our day-to-day work, we regularly speak with small and medium-sized businesses that want to use AI agents but do not know where to start. Usually, the problem is not a lack of interest but the absence of a first point of contact: someone who will talk without sales pressure about what AI agents actually are and how other businesses are already using them.

That is exactly what the action weeks are for, and exactly what we offer in our free online workshop. No pitch, no deal to close at the end, just an honest introduction from Krishna, who has been working with these businesses for years.

What happens in the workshop

The workshop lasts 90 minutes and has two parts. In the first, Krishnamoorthy Prasath uses real examples to show how SMEs are already using AI agents, from preparing quotes to communicating with customers. The second part is for open questions, whether they concern your own business or the topic in general.

The three dates at a glance, all in German local time (CEST):

Who will benefit

You do not need any prior knowledge to attend. The workshop is suitable both for businesses that have no idea where to start with AI agents and for those that have already taken their first steps and want to know what comes next. Both are good starting points.

How to join

Participation is free and online. Places for each session are deliberately limited so there is enough time for your questions in the second part.
