Meta Data Deletion for LIVOI

This page explains how users can remove the connection between LIVOI and Meta services such as Facebook or Instagram and request deletion of associated personal data. It also serves as the Data Deletion Instructions URL for the Meta Developer Platform.

2. Remove the connection in Meta

If you connected LIVOI with Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, you can remove the connection directly in your Meta account.

3. Request deletion from LIVOI

If you want us to delete personal data that LIVOI received from Meta/Facebook/Instagram or linked to your Meta account, please email privacy@p-cation.de .

Use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request - LIVOI.

Please provide only the information needed to identify and process your request.

  • your name
  • your email address
  • the affected Meta service, for example Facebook or Instagram
  • optionally your Facebook or Instagram username or an app-scoped Meta User ID, if known

We use this information only to review and process your request.

4. Data we delete

Where available and legally permissible, we delete or anonymize personal data that can clearly be assigned to your Meta connection.

  • Meta/Facebook/Instagram user identifiers
  • stored access tokens or connection tokens
  • links between your Meta account and LIVOI
  • profile, contact, or account information received through Meta
  • assignable import, communication, or interaction data from Meta services where processed by LIVOI

5. Limitations on deletion

Certain data cannot be deleted, or cannot be deleted immediately, where statutory retention duties, security requirements, abuse prevention, billing purposes, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims require further retention.

Backups are not changed individually but are overwritten according to our regular backup and deletion cycles. Anonymous or aggregated data that no longer relates to an identifiable person is not affected by deletion.

6. Data processing on behalf of customers

Where LIVOI processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, deletion requests are handled in accordance with the applicable data processing agreement and the instructions of the responsible customer.

You may still send your request to us. We will review it and, where required, forward it to the responsible controller or coordinate implementation with them.

7. Response period and confirmation

We confirm receipt of your request and process it without undue delay, at the latest within one month after receipt. If a request is particularly complex, we will inform you within one month about a possible extension.

After processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation where we have a contact address and no legal reasons prevent confirmation.
