INQA workshop: AI agents for SMEs

Dear business owners,

For most small and medium-sized businesses, staff shortages are already part of everyday life. At the same time, we hear about “AI agents” everywhere, without a clear picture of what they can actually do in our own companies.

As part of the nationwide INQA action weeks 2026, we are offering a practical introductory talk and time for your specific questions. Choose the date below that best fits your schedule – all three sessions cover the same content.

In the first part, you will learn:

• How does an AI agent differ from a conventional AI chat?
• Which tasks can an AI agent already handle reliably in an SME today?
• Where are the real opportunities – and the limits?
• What could a first step look like in your own business?

In the second part – the open Q&A:

• Bring your own situation or question.
• We will answer it live and directly.
• You will receive an honest assessment of whether and where AI agents could be useful for you.

The workshop explicitly welcomes managing directors, owners and decision-makers who have little or no experience with artificial intelligence. No technical knowledge is required.

Each session is limited to 25 participants, so that every question has room in the Q&A.
